Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s).
  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • To be eligible, the item must have been purchased directly from Greentainer.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of initial delivery.
Change of Mind Policy
  • We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.
  • We do offer the option to exchange or receive store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please get in contact before making your purchase if you need advice.
  • If an order is cancelled at our discretion, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
