• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, with its original packaging where possible.
• The item must have been purchased directly from Greentainer.
• Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without approval, or to an unconfirmed address, cannot be accepted.

Consumers in the UK and Germany additionally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day policy.

• You can return an unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
• For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we cover it.
• If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, just tell us when you get in touch.
• Customers in the UK and Germany may also cancel within 14 days under statutory withdrawal rights, in which case we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@thegreentainer.com with the following details:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return or exchange

Once your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address for your country and instructions on how to send the product(s) back. Please do not post anything before you have this — return addresses differ by market.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• United States — 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom — 2–4 business days
• Germany — 2–4 business days

Processing time is separate from delivery time, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We dispatch orders quickly, usually within one business day. If you need to change something, email info@thegreentainer.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer amend it.

We currently deliver to three countries: the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.
