Welcome to Greentainer (thegreentainer.com, United Kingdom storefront). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Greentainer is the trading name of Greentainer LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 1908 Thomes Ave, STE 45083, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA.

2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including images, pricing, and descriptions, accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device display. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
All prices displayed on the UK storefront are in pounds sterling (£). All applicable taxes and duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and the total displayed at checkout is the total you will be charged. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner.
Standard delivery costs £3.00. Delivery is free on orders of £35.00 or more (calculated on the order value after any discounts and before shipping and taxes). We do not currently offer an express or timed delivery service.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us at support@thegreentainer.com within this period. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition where possible. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, using your original payment method. Where you cancel under this right, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid; if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the standard cost.
This cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other exemptions listed in the Regulations.
6. Returns and Refunds
In addition to your statutory cancellation right above, we offer a 30-day return period for change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process, including who covers return shipping and how refunds are processed.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address and provide a return reference. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or may be delayed.
7. Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you have had the item.
8. Product Warranty
Except as expressly stated on a specific product page, our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Product Safety and Intended Use
Our products are intended for the use described on the relevant product page. Please follow any care, cleaning, and usage instructions provided. Do not use products in ways not described (for example, do not microwave, freeze, or use with hot liquids unless the product page explicitly states this is suitable). If a product contains small parts, it may not be suitable for children under 3 — always check the product page and packaging for age recommendations and choking hazard warnings.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the Greentainer brand — is owned by or licensed to Greentainer LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a UK consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@thegreentainer.com and we will try to resolve it.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
