Welcome to Greentainer (thegreentainer.com / UK storefront). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including images, pricing, and descriptions, accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device display. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the UK storefront are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
4. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at contact@greentainer.shop within this period. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition where possible. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, using the original payment method.
This cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other exemptions listed in the Regulations.

6. Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you've had the item.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes and costs for the UK are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
8. Product Safety and Intended Use
Our products are intended for the use described on the relevant product page. Please follow any care, cleaning, and usage instructions provided. Do not use products in ways not described (e.g., do not microwave, freeze, or use with liquids unless explicitly stated as suitable for that use).

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also be entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
