Welcome to Greentainer (thegreentainer.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Greentainer is a trading name of Greentainer LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, registered address 1908 Thomes Ave, STE 45083, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, USA.

2. Where we sell
We sell and ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently deliver there.
3. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, pricing and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your display. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities, correct pricing errors or discontinue a product without prior notice.
4. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing — USD in the United States, GBP in the United Kingdom, EUR in Germany. All applicable taxes and duties are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, and the total shown at checkout is the total you will be charged.
We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider and we do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Standard delivery costs $3 / £3 / €3 and is free on orders of 35 or more in the same currency. We do not offer an express service. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for change-of-mind returns. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union additionally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Full details, including who pays return shipping, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the correct return address.
7. Product warranty
Except as expressly stated on a product page, our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom, EU consumer protection law in Germany, and applicable state and federal consumer law in the United States.
9. Product safety and intended use
Our products are intended for the use described on the relevant product page. Please follow the care, cleaning and usage instructions provided. Do not use a product in a way not described — for example, do not microwave, freeze or use with hot liquids unless the product page states this is suitable. Where a product contains small parts it may not be suitable for children under 3; always check the product page and packaging for age recommendations and choking hazard warnings.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and the Greentainer brand — is owned by or licensed to Greentainer LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable law allows.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
