A double silicone ring keeps the seal tight and holds the temperature in, and it is rated for fizzy drinks, so soda or sparkling water will not spray out after the bottle has been shaken. The 304 food-grade stainless steel body has double-wall vacuum insulation that keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and ice-cold for up to 24 hours, while the outside stays dry and comfortable to hold.
At Ø 7.5 cm (2.95 in) across and 27 cm (10.63 in) tall, the slim body fits most car cup holders and backpack side pockets, and at 365 g (12.9 oz) empty it is light enough to carry all day. The BPA-free lid has a built-in handle for hooking it on a finger, bag or backpack. Rust-resistant steel holds no flavours or odours, so morning coffee leaves nothing behind for the afternoon.

Standard shipping is $3 / £3 / €3, and free on orders over $35 (US), £30 (UK) or €35 (Germany). Orders are dispatched within 1 business day; delivery then takes 3–7 business days in the US and 2–4 business days in the UK and Germany.

Will I get an invoice with my purchase?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, an invoice is sent as an attachment with your order confirmation email, to the address you provided at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, provided the item is unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Contact us first at info@thegreentainer.com so we can confirm the correct return address for your country.
Customers in the UK and Germany also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I amend my order?
We dispatch orders quickly, usually within one business day. If you need to change something, email info@thegreentainer.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer amend it.
Can I collect my order in person?
No. Greentainer products are available for delivery only — we do not offer collection from our warehouses.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- United States — 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom — 2–4 business days
- Germany — 2–4 business days
Processing time is separate from delivery time, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We currently deliver to three countries: the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.
